Basic Diagnostics - $35 - 30 minutes max

Don’t know what’s wrong with your PC? Let us help you! Basic diagnostics of your PC cover testing procedures and gives you an accurate description of what your problem is. If you decide to have the problem resolved, the basic diagnostic fee will be applied towards the repair.

Standard Repair - $70/hour - 3 hours max

MicroTek’s hourly charge for labor is $70. Most repairs are based on this scale. However, charges may vary based on the nature of the problem and if additional components are needed to complete the repair of your computer.

Virus/Spyware Removal - $70/hour

Infected with a nasty virus? Let us take a look. We use state of the art virus removal software that allows us to thoroughly clean your computer of all malicious software.

Data Backup/Retrieval - $140

Data security is extremely important and protecting your critical data files is our number one concern. It is a good idea to back up your data on a regular basis. What is your system crashes? Or your hard drive fails? Data backup is a necessity.

OS Installation - $140

Ever wanted your computer to work like the day you bought it? Then this option is for you. We will restore your original operating system (Windows, Linux, etc…) and all of your device drivers so that your computer works like the day you bought it.

Notebook Repair - $140

Having problems with your notebook keeping a charge? This is a very common problem associated with notebook computers. Some companies use cheap solder to connect the power connector to the motherboard of the notebook, causing it to break after time. Let us repair the faulty connector on your notebook today!

Network Setup/Engineering - $125/hour
